At AirFold™, your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges for eligible items.

Please read the terms below to ensure your order qualifies for an exchange.


2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or delayed delivery beyond our control (e.g., courier or customs delays).
All sales are final once the order has been processed and shipped.


3. Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a proof of purchase and photo evidence of the issue.

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll send you a replacement item at no additional cost.


4. Exchange Process

  1. Email us at support@airfoldmax.store within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process your exchange within 3–5 business days.


5. Exceptions

Exchanges are not offered for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or incorrect handling

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details
