All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days depending on your location and courier partner.
Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance or courier delays, but we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible.

We currently ship nationwide across South Africa.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

All taxes and customs fees (if applicable) are included in your order price.
You will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
